My helpful dieting tips have been missing for a while, I know. That’s because I failed miserably with my diet.
You know I want to just throw up my hands and forget the whole thing, but no. I’m going to pick myself up and try again. I’m back to square #1. So looking back, these are the foods I am going to knock out of my diet.
